1General Terms

2Account Policy

• Single Account: Only one account is permitted per person, mobile number, or device.

• Password Security: You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Allowing anyone else to access your account is strictly prohibited.
• KYC Verification: Identity verification using a National ID or passport is required before any withdrawal can be processed.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on baje88 are processed through secure, verified methods. We support the most widely used payment options available in Bangladesh.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.

4Bonus & Promotions Policy

• Welcome Bonus: New members receive a bonus on their first deposit. This bonus cannot be withdrawn until the specified wagering requirements are met.
• Wagering Requirement: Bonus amounts generally require 10–30x wagering — the exact requirement will be clearly stated on each bonus page.
• Duration: Each bonus must be used within a specified validity period. Once expired, the bonus will be automatically forfeited.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit the bonus system will result in the bonus being voided and the account suspended.

5Betting Rules

• Bet Confirmation: Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
• Technical Error: If a bet is left incomplete due to a server or network issue, the staked amount will be refunded.

• Maximum Win Limit: The maximum win per single bet is capped — this limit may vary across different games and events.
• Event Cancellation: If an event is cancelled, the full stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Live Betting: All decisions on in-play bets are final. Minor delays in Live Betting may occur — this is a normal, network-related occurrence.

6Responsible Gaming

Baje88 believes gaming should be a form of entertainment — never a source of income or a cause of addiction. We genuinely care about the mental and financial well-being of all our members.

• Betting Limits: You can set daily, weekly, and monthly betting limits directly from your account.
• Deposit Limit: You can set your own deposit limits to avoid overspending.
• Self-Exclusion: You have the option to temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform.
• Break benefits: You can take a break from gaming for 24 hours, 1 week, or 1 month.

7Account Closure & Suspension

• Violation of the age requirement (under 18).
• Threatening or abusive behavior toward our staff.

Baje88 is not obligated to explain the reason for an account closure if doing so would conflict with legal requirements. In standard cases, however, users will be notified by email.

8Dispute Resolution
